Habitat Noosa Everglades EcoCamp ticks all of the boxes when it comes to the perfect getaway location. Whether you are staying for a while or just a quick getaway there are plenty of options to choose from to suit your needs. Choose from powered, unpowered campsites, Wilderness Safari tents to our top of the range Paperbark Glamping tents.

Unpowered Campsites

Unpowered campsites comprise of designated and undesignated options located in a number of areas within the EcoCamp (refer to the camp map). Both designated and undesignated camping options are very popular depending on your individual needs.

The most sought after unpowered option is the Waterfront campsites where you will wake up to the picturesque mirrored surface of Lake Cootharaba and have easy access to the 500metres of beachfront. It is the perfect destination for water sports, swimming or relaxing by the shore.

Maximum capacity: 6

Designated Unpowered Campsites

  • Central unpowered camping (average size 14m x 7m)
  • Unpowered/designated sites in Mays Grove camping (average size 7m x 10m)
  • All unpowered sites have access to hot showers/toilets and camp kitchen
  • Check-in 12noon , check-out 11.30am
  • All boom gate cards to be return to reception or there is a $50 non return charge

 

Undesignated Unpowered Campsites

  • Undesignated campsites (average size not applicable)
  • Unpowered/Undesigned sites in Mill Point & Gums camping (to be kept within 7m x 8m)
  • All unpowered sites have access to hot showers/toilets and camp kitchen
  • Check-in 12noon , check-out 11.30am
  • All boom gate cards to be return to reception or there is a $50 non return charge

Waterfront Unpowered Campsites

Waterfront sites come in a range of styles and sizes, some offer tree canopy and shelter from the sun, whilst others have no trees which means you enjoy unobstructed views of  picturesque Lake Cootharaba.

Waterfront Unpowered campsites are limited and are in high demand. We recommend you book in advance to secure your waterfront site.

  • Waterfront unpowered tent camping (average size 6m x 6m)
  • Waterfront unpowered camping (average size 10m x 6m)
  • Premium waterfront unpowered camping (average size 13m x 7m)
  • All unpowered sites have access to hot showers/toilets and camp kitchen
  • Check-in 12 noon , check-out 11.30am
  • All boom gate cards to be returned to reception or there is a $50 non return charge
Powered Campsites

With a number of powered campsites available to easily accommodate motorhomes, caravans, camper trailers or tents you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this bushland setting and be close enough to  the many onsite amenities. Say G’day to our local kangaroos and wildlife, swim in the knee deep Lake Cootharaba or book one of our daily tours to the Noosa Everglades.

Wilderness Safari Tents

The Wilderness Safari Tents are great for families or small groups wanting a little bit of comfort in a bush setting. Sit back, relax and take in the tranquillity of this natural environment. Boasting comfortable beds close to the nearby bistro, camp kitchen and facilities.

Maximum capacity: 6 (3 x sleeps 7 pax)

Amenities:  Queen bed, 2 x bunks, private balcony, fan, power outlet

Paperbark Glamping Tents

The Paperbark Glamping tents offer a modern style of camping featuring many of the comforts of home. Enjoy an afternoon drink on your deck and witness our resident Grey Kangaroos up close and personal (it’s their favourite place to chill out in the afternoon). Glamping provides the ideal setting for a special occasion or a short family getaway.

Maximum capacity: 4 (1 x King, 1 x bunk bed)

Amenities: Private ensuite, bar fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, power/fan, standard furnishings, deck, fire pit
